These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Synqra platform. By using Synqra, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Synqra, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Synqra on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of the Platform
Synqra provides AI-powered tools for marketing strategy, content creation, and collaboration. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
Content you create using Synqra belongs to you. Synqra retains ownership of the platform, its technology, and all related intellectual property. You grant Synqra a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services.
4. Data and Privacy
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. Your content remains confidential and is encrypted at rest and in transit.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Synqra is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synqra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Synqra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
